To Our Pulsar F1 Backers — Thank You, and What Comes Next

Dear Pulsar Backers,

We’re writing to share what happened to our Kickstarter campaign and how we are moving forward.

Website preorders are now open. You can review the packages and place a preorder directly on getpulsar.io.

Your Kickstarter pledge was not charged, and we did not receive those pledged funds. Your pledge will not transfer automatically; to preorder, please place a new order on our website.

Kickstarter has suspended the Pulsar F1 campaign. According to the notice we received, the decision concerned its restriction on AI companions offering romantic or sexual companionship, as well as a concern about the product being available for sale outside Kickstarter. During the campaign, our website introduced Pulsar F1 and directed visitors to Kickstarter. It did not accept product orders.

This was difficult news for our team. For more than a year, we have put our time, savings, and care into building Pulsar F1—working through prototypes, testing, and countless small improvements. Seeing 816 people choose to support us meant a great deal. Your support gave us encouragement and a sense of responsibility to bring this product into your hands.

We understand that the suspension has left you with questions. We also recognize that continuing to earn your trust takes clear answers and real progress.

After careful consideration, we have decided to continue through our own website rather than relaunch on Kickstarter. We are concerned that another campaign could face the same restrictions and put our supporters through further uncertainty.

To thank our supporters, we now offer website preorders with the same pricing and product bundles offered during our Kickstarter campaign.

This is a preorder, with dispatch currently expected in late November 2026. Typical delivery takes 8–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Please review the delivery estimate and charges at checkout, together with our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges policies, before ordering.

Over the coming weeks, we will also share working-prototype demonstrations, production and testing progress, and guidance on using Pulsar F1. Follow @PulsarMotion on X for updates.
